We paid the site fee for 2012...   Will we get it back?

Will My Caravan Park Charge a commission If You Remove The Caravan?
No.
Your giving up your pitch,
if your caravan is paid for..
You can do anything with it!  It's yours.

If you sell it sited on the park,
Yes, you will pay a commision to your park, they own the pitch.

Will they charge me to Disconnect?
Yes you will be charged. All parks UK wide have this fee.
